The Ideal candidate will have worked within the insolvency industry for 4+ years, be CPI qualified (or something similar) and be used to managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases.
The role is to manage approximately 40 x CVLs and MVLs collectively with an administrator and the IP, but the candidate must be able to work unassisted at times as the small size of the firm can mean that the working environment is quiet or, at times, alone.
The role is based in a newly refurbished stables block on the outskirts of Rugby and although 9 to 5.30 is preferred, the hours can be flexible for the right candidate.
The salary is dependant upon experience and qualifications. Should the candidate have a greater level of experience and be able to assist with the interpretation of rule changes through an aptitude for compliance or law qualification then this would carry a greater salary but is not essential.
The practice has been established for 10 years and is growing steadily with great opportunities for further growth and progression.
Part time employees at a manager level would also be considered.

- Bonus scheme
